| Day 01. | Arrive at Kathmandu airport (1345meters). You will be met by our representative and transfer to hotel and a short brief about the trekking after refreshment |
| Day 02. | sight seeing in Kathmandu Darbar squire and swayambunath in the morning and sight seeing in patan Durbar Squire and Tibetan refugee camp in the afternoon after lunch. |
| Day 03. | Transfer to pokhara and visit fewa Lake and Barahi Temple. |
| Day 04. | Full day sightseeing tour of Pokhara city (seti Gandaki, Mahendra cave, Old bazaar and the museum) Seti Gandaki Pokhara is the city of Natural wonders. Another attraction in pokhara is Seti River that never fails to interest the visitors. The energetic river runs right through the city, it remains completely underground. Amazingly, at certain points the river appears hardly two meters wide. Nevertheless its depth reaches to over 20 meters at places. Mahendra Pul, a British style span bridge, provides the perfect view of the river's dreadful rush and the deep gorge made by its powerful flow. Mahendra Cave Mahendra Gupha or Mahendra Cave is another attraction. This large limestone cave is locally known as the House of Bats. This name has been given because of the nests of bats that hang form the series of Stalagmites that run through the cave. The place is a 2-hours walk from the downtown Pokhra. Don't forget to bring a torch in order to see stalactites. The Old Bazaar The traditional bazaar of Pokhara is colorful and so are its ethnically diverse traders. The place remains bustling with traders from not only Nepal but also from places as far as Kashmir, Tibet, Ladakh and China. The market is full of monuments that give a sneak peak into the Newar architecture and culture. Located about four km from Lakeside, the market's original charm is alive and flourishing. The Pokhara Museum The pokhara museum is located between the bus stop and Mahendra Pul, Pokhara museum reflects the ethnic mosaic of western Nepal. The lifestyles and history of ethnic groups such as Gurungs, Thakalis and Tharus are attractively displayed through models, photographs and artifacts. One major attraction is a display highlighting the newly discovered remains of an 8000-year-old settlement in Mustang. The museum is opened weeklong except Tuesdays and is for both researchers as well as tourists. |
| Day 05 | Transfer to lumbini (The birth day of Lord Buddha) |
| Day 06 | Full day sight seeing in Lumbini Lumbini Lumbini is a famous Buddhist site in the Lumbini District Zone of Nepal. Lumbini is considered the birthplace of Gautam Buddha "The Light of Asia". Buddha was the founder of Buddhism faith. His period is estimated to be approximately between 563 and 483 BC. Lumbini is located 25kms east of Kapilvastu. In the year 1896, the Indo-British archaeology team discovered a great stone pillar at the site. Later that pillar was attributed to Ashoka, the Mauryan ruler and propagator of Buddhism. The records maintained by Fa Hein were also taken in to consideration in the process. For Buddhists, this is one of four pilgrimage sites based around the life of Gautam Buddha, the other three being Kushinagar, Bodh Gaya, and Sarnath. Lumbini has been listed in 1979 as world heritage site. Lumbini is famous for Maya Devi temple. It is believed that the present temple has been built at the place where Queen Maya Devi gave birth to Lord Buddha. Another important structure is the Ashoka pillar. Apart from that Lumbini has ruins of various Stupas and monasteries. The Lumbini comes under Lumbini Trust, an NGO. Foreign pilgrims here have constructed new monasteries. The Buddhist associations of China, Myanmar and Gautami Nuns have their separate pagodas. The ones by Japan, Sri Lanka and Vietnam are under construction. |
| Day 07 | Transfer to Chitawan National park, Tharu village tour in the afternoon. |
| Day 08 | Jungle walking in the morning, canoeing and elephant safari and elephant breeding centre afternoon and tharu cultural program in the evening. Jungle walking: well trained naturalist takes you to prime spots to view deer, rhino, sloth bears and other wildlife. Detailed knowledge of the wildlife and jungle will enhance your trip Canoe Rides: A traditional dugout takes you on a silent trip down the Rapti River to view birds, crocodile and the animals of the river. (From October through to mid March) Elephant Safari: Travel through open grassland and dense forest on elephant back in search of rare games. Be on the lookout for the great one homed rhino, four species of deer, wild boar, sloth bear, leopard, bison and the big one, the Royal Bengal tiger. Tharu cultural Dance: A melodious tribal dance performed by Tharu men to the rhythms of drums and with clashing of stick embodies and projects how to drive away Rhino and other wild animals from human habitat. Once the driving away of animals is achieved, the dance turns into joyful. After dinner at the hotel /lodge/tented camp you can watch Tharu stick dance. We will arrange dance for your enjoyment |

| Day 10 | Sight seeing in Pasupatinath temple and bouddhanath in the morning and sight seeing in Bhaktapur durbar squire in the afternoon.
Pashupatinath Pashupatinath is the most important Hindu temple in Nepaland this is one of the most important Shiva temples on the subcontinent and draws many devotees from all over India too. Pashupati is considered to have a special concern for the kingdom of Nepal. Pashupatinath, an ancient base, by the banks of the holy Bagmati River, stands the 16th century of Pashupatinath - Shiva, as Lord of all Creatures. The old buildings on the site were destroyed by Moslem invaders in the 14th century, its stone linga smashed to dust, but it rose again behind their retreating backs. Succeeding monarchs reinstated the temple and the images. The flowing Bagmati is a holy river and the ghats (crematorium) at its bank are the earnest Hindus truest cremation center. Bouddhanath Bouddhanath is the largest stupas among in South Asia, and it has become the central point of Tibetan Buddhism in Nepal. The white mound looms thirty-six meters overhead. The stupa is located on the ancient trade route to Tibet, and Tibetan merchants rested and offered prayers here for many centuries. When refugees entered to Nepal from Tibet in the 1950s, many of them decided to live around Bouddhanath. They established many gompas, and the Little Tibet in Nepal . This "Little Tibet" is still the best place in the Valley to observe Tibetan lifestyle. Tibetans walk with prayer wheels in their hands, and the rituals of prostration are presented to the Buddha as worshippers circumambulate the stupa on their hands and knees, bowing down to their lord. Bhaktapur Bhaktapur ( City of devotees) covers an area of four square miles. Bhaktapur (city of devotees) still retains a medieval charm and visitors to this ancient town are treated to numerous wonders of cultural and artistic achievements. The past glory of the Malla rules continues to be reflected at the Darbar Square. Pottery and waving are its traditional industries. Bhaktapur is famous for woodcarving and the traditional topi( cap). The city located about 14 km east of Kathmandu. The places of interest include Bhaktapur Darbar Square, the National Art Gallery, Nyatapola Temple, Bhairavnath Temple, Dattatreya Temple and Dattatreya Square. Bhaktapur Durbar Square contains innumerable temples and other architectural showpieces such as lion gate, the golden gate, the statue of King Bhupatindra Malla. Palace of 55 Windows Being built by King Yaksha Mall in 1427 A.D. and remodeled by King Bhupatindra Malla in 17th Century, the balcony and the windows are intricately carved is a masterpiece of wood carving. Nyatapola Temple This five storied Pagoda Style temple was built by King Bhupatindra Malla in 1708 A.D. well known for its massive structure and subtle workmanship. It is the tallest pagoda structure in the Kathmandu valley. |
